About the Role

The Hoxton, Bangalore is seeking a Guest Service Associate, Housekeeping for The Hoxton Bengaluru City. This role is part of the opening team for The Hoxton's first hotel in Asia, located in Bengaluru City centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to brand standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are well presented and maintained.
• Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors.
• Ensure all guest rooms adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and report breaches to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when solving challenges.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Handle all cleaning materials correctly.
• Provide the highest level of customer care, offering friendly, helpful, and responsive service to guests.
• Assist in cleaning public areas and back of house areas as required.
• Responsible for stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
• Ensure storage areas for supplies are clean and well maintained.
