About the Role

- Join the Product Implementation & Operations Team at Schedul Technologies Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the Schedul.co platform across clinical organizations (hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, scan centres).
- Visit client locations, understand existing workflows, and configure the platform to meet operational requirements.
- Facilitate integration of the Schedul.co platform with medical equipment and hardware devices.
- Conduct hands-on training and onboarding for healthcare staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and Schedul, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware integration, and implementation-related issues, coordinating with internal technical teams.
- Communicate client requirements to technical teams to ensure smooth deployment.
- Take ownership of assigned implementations, track progress, and ensure successful client onboarding.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate the transition to the next assigned client.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English communication proficiency.
- Proficiency in one or more regional languages:
- Tamil
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Qualifications
- Graduates in Arts, Science, or Allied Health fields.
- Preferred Educational Backgrounds:
- Physiotherapy (BPT)
- Nutrition & Dietetics
- Allied Health Sciences
- Medical & Clinical-related courses
- B.Sc. Computer Science
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with healthcare professionals.
- Interest in healthcare technology and digital solutions.
- Freshers are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹15,000 monthly compensation.
- ₹3,000 quarterly performance-based bonus.
- Travel, food, and accommodation expenses for official client visits outside the base city will be covered.
