CollCrew is an education technology platform helping students discover the right colleges and helping colleges connect with prospective students and achieve their admission goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of partner colleges and maintain their information and dashboards.
• Track college deliverables, deadlines, campaign progress, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with college admission teams and serve as a day-to-day point of contact.
• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate campus ambassadors.
• Manage ambassador activities, college information collection, and content submissions.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for colleges and internal review.
• Coordinate with the tech and content teams to ensure timely execution.
• Attend college visits, education events, and industry conferences.
• Maintain organized records of college communications, tasks, and outcomes.

AI & Digital Tools

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for research, drafting, reporting, and daily operations.
• Use AI to organize information, prepare reports, create content briefs, and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Be comfortable learning new software, dashboards, and digital workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fresher or recent graduate with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Good practical knowledge of AI tools and eagerness to explore new technologies.
• Interested in education, student communities, and startups.
• Comfortable communicating with college representatives and students.
• Willing to travel across India for college visits, events, and industry conferences.
