About the Role
Seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join the Human Resources team. This internship offers practical experience in talent acquisition, employee coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding schedules and updates.
- Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and spreadsheets.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
