Job Title: Commis Chef, OJT & Intern

Location: The Salad House – B-F30, Element One Mall, Sector- 49, Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM & 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (assigned after interview)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Salary

• OJT & Interns: ₹16,000/month
• Commis Chefs: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month (based on interview and trial performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Train under senior chefs while taking ownership of your station.
• Learn and execute mise-en-place with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare dishes independently after training and maintain quality standards.
• Handle peak-hour rush with confidence and teamwork.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Discipline to be on time.
• Ability to follow all SOPs.

• 9-hour work shift, including a 1-hour meal break.
