About the Role

Full-time remote position assisting in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining features within Raymas’ management and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing clean, modular code.
• Debugging and resolving issues.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to implement enhancements.
• Integrating APIs.
• Working with databases.
• Contributing to documentation for technical processes and user-facing features.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
• Basic understanding of software development principles.
• Familiarity with web or application development concepts, such as front-end frameworks, back-end services, or RESTful APIs.
• Basic knowledge of databases and data structures, with ability to write simple queries and work with structured data.
• Comfort with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in business operations, analytics, and automation.
• Prior exposure to cloud platforms or data-driven applications is a plus.
