About the Role

The Education Collaborator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on supporting learners through teaching, mentoring, and coordination of educational activities. This position requires consistent on-site presence, reliability, and a commitment to learner success.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain concepts clearly, provide structured guidance, and adapt teaching approaches to diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners, collaborate with colleagues, and interact professionally with stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to plan sessions, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records of learner progress.
• Problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience in handling learner challenges and supporting continuous improvement in outcomes.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for preparing materials, tracking progress, and coordinating activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Arts, or a related field.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is an advantage.
