About The Role

We are seeking a Partnership Operations Associate to support engagement and management of strategic distribution partnerships. This role involves collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to drive business growth and contribute to a category-defining product.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales content, resources, and tools to strategic distribution account owners.
• Facilitate distribution partner onboarding, training, and account management for Ethos’ platform.
• Demonstrate Ethos’ value to distribution partners, differentiating, selling, and driving adoption of the Ethos solution.
• Serve as the internal point-of-contact for strategic distribution account inquiries, ensuring a positive user experience for partners.
• Act as the voice of strategic distribution partners to internal stakeholders, translating their needs and advocating on their behalf.
