About the Role
This is a remote Associate Product Manager role based in India for a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company. You will be part of the first India product team and will be responsible for the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to launch and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Sit in on customer calls and support tickets to identify product shortcomings.
- Translate identified issues into written problem statements and specifications.
- Collaborate directly with a designer and 2-3 engineers to build features.
- Define "done" for features, including the key metric to be moved.
- Track feature performance post-launch.
- Conduct competitor teardowns.
- Write release notes.
- Perform onboarding-flow QA.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Exposure to a B2B or SaaS product (internship experience is accepted).
- Sharp, structured written communication skills for clear specs and updates.
- Basic comfort with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel, or similar), or a strong willingness to learn them.
- Genuine curiosity about user behavior.
- A reliable remote-work setup.
