Key Responsibilities

• Track product development projects, timelines, and details from concept through sample completion.
• Organize and maintain digital artwork, inspiration imagery, and product assets.
• Prepare visual materials for design reviews, presentations, and showroom displays.
• Assist with research on color, pattern, and design trends.
• Coordinate communication across teams and provide creative and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with a creative eye for detail.
• Interest in design, product development, or creative project management.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and digital file systems.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop or InDesign knowledge preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across departments.
• Positive attitude, initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
