About The Role

As the single point of contact for everything entering or leaving the building, you will own receiving end-to-end. No prior experience is required; reliability and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive every delivery to the building and check it against its packing list.
• Log each shipment in our receiving system and keep packing lists filed and traceable.
• Organize incoming packages for quick retrieval.
• Notify recipients of their item arrivals and hand them off.
• For outbound shipments: package, label, drive to the carrier, and confirm dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and orderly receiving area.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Reliability: Consistent daily attendance and punctuality.
• Detail-oriented: Precise checking of quantities and part numbers against packing lists.
• Organization: Ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills: Experience with email, spreadsheets, or an inventory/receiving system.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• Prior receiving, shipping, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.

Hours & Location

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Onsite in Austin, TX.
