Relex System Consultant
About the Role
A Relex System Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing RELEX Solutions for retail, wholesale, and CPG clients. The role combines supply chain domain knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and hands-on system configuration to deliver measurable improvements in forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and space planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client business processes into RELEX configuration requirements, ensuring alignment with forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and space planning modules.
- Configure RELEX parameters, rules, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs.
- Analyze historical sales, inventory, and operational data to support forecasting and replenishment optimization.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training workshops.
- Develop and execute test cases, validate outputs, and ensure solution accuracy before go-live.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flows between RELEX and ERP, WMS, POS, and other systems.
- Support adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing guidance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, reduce stockouts, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Supply Chain Expertise — Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, demand planning, and retail operations.
- Analytical Skills — Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Technical Aptitude — Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- RELEX Experience — Prior exposure to RELEX modules (Forecasting, Replenishment) is highly preferred.
- Project Management — Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Communication Skills — Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in retail, grocery, wholesale, or CPG environments.
- Hands-on involvement in system integrations with ERP, WMS, planning tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Consulting experience with cross-functional teams.
