About the Role
General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

- Ensure displays are in proper order.
- Paint mixing may be required.
- Fabric cutting may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour.
- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional Compensation:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
- Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Available Shifts: Opening, Morning.
