Field Operations Associate

About the Role

The Field Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for coordinating and executing on-ground support services for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing on-ground support services for clients and their families.
• Managing hospital visits and appointments.
• Overseeing home visits.
• Coordinating with local vendors for deliveries, maintenance, and other services.
• Planning daily field activities.
• Tracking ongoing requests.
• Ensuring accurate and timely updates to clients via phone or digital channels.
• Documenting tasks.
• Handling basic issue resolution during field visits.
• Collaborating with the operations team to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Frequent local travel within Hyderabad.
• Direct interaction with families, service providers, and partner institutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Smartphones and basic digital tools (maps, messaging apps, scheduling applications) for coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Field Operations and Operations Management skills.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective Communication skills (clear spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in field operations, customer service, or social/health services is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local Hyderabad geography is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hospitals, service providers, and common public services is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages (Telugu and/or Hindi) is preferred.
