About the Role
Jaswanth Punyamurthy advises founders through a private, high-touch program called The Source Code and is building an offline network of leaders in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for building and running everything other than the direct coaching delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnels and Pages: Build and test landing pages for senior founders, ensuring all applications flow into the database.
- Automation: Build workflows in Pabbly Connect, Zapier, AiSensy / WhatsApp Business API, and Airtable or Notion. Automate repetitive tasks.
- AI Workflows: Use Claude, ChatGPT, and APIs to convert voice notes into frameworks, emails, and curriculum, and for research and summarization.
- Applicant Screening: Conduct 15-minute intake calls with inbound founders, determine fit, decline others gracefully, and protect the founder's calendar.
- Offline Events: Find and book venues in Hyderabad and Secunderabad for private dinners, manage lighting, sound, catering, and arrival. Support rural and off-grid trips.
- Independent Work: Set priorities and ship work on days the founder is in sessions.
- Marketing: Develop ad creatives, set up landing pages and funnels, create WhatsApp message sequences, and implement Pabbly and AiSensy automations.
- Sales: Understand prospect pain points, assess program fit, pitch and close if appropriate, and manage post-sales follow-up.
- Operations: Organize and facilitate offline workshops, events, and experiences across various categories. Facilitate group programs, both offline and online.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Location: Based within easy daily commute of Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Telangana. This role is on-site and cannot be done remotely.
Qualifications
- No degree or years of experience required.
- Proof of things you have built, written, automated or organized in any field.
- Strong written English. Telugu and Hindi are a plus.
- Empathetic, ambitious, and constructively curious.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to get things done quickly and efficiently.
- Strong bias to action.
- Ability to sit in a room with senior founders and remain composed.
- Taste: Discern quiet, high-end writing and design from internet-marketing noise.
- Willingness to learn and wear many hats, including entrepreneurial, marketing, sales, technical, and administrative work.
Comfort with the following is a head start but not mandatory as training will be provided:
- Writing clear copy for ads, landing pages, and WhatsApp messages.
- Learning no-code tools and automations (Pabbly, AiSensy, funnel builders).
- Conversational, consultative selling.
- Organizing people and logistics for workshops and events.
- Facilitating or speaking in front of a group.
- Follow-up discipline and good record-keeping.
