Game Tester

About the Role

As a Game Tester Intern at Vaikuntha Games, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and overall gaming experience of our projects. You will test game builds, identify bugs, evaluate gameplay mechanics, and work closely with our development team to improve the final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Play and test game builds on PC and Android platforms.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and technical issues.
• Test gameplay mechanics, controls, UI/UX, and overall user experience.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Prepare detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce issues.
• Collaborate with game developers and designers to resolve reported issues.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve gameplay quality.

Requirements

• Passion for video games and gaming technology.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of game mechanics and gameplay systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify and explain bugs clearly.
• Familiarity with PC or mobile games.
• Basic knowledge of game testing or QA is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
• Students pursuing graduation or recently completed their studies can apply.
• No prior professional experience or game testing experience is required.
• Passion for gaming and willingness to learn are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge and good observation skills are preferred.
