About the Role

GrittyTech is looking for a target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share daily updates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and improve joining conversions.

Requirements

• Freshers with good communication and sourcing skills can apply.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently with recruitment targets.
• Looking specifically for English, Hindi, and Odia known candidates.
