The Internship Experience

At Restaurant Brands International (RBI), we provide top-performing 1st Year MBAs with real business challenges, bold responsibilities, and the chance to make real impact through meaningful summer projects. This is an opportunity to go beyond the classroom, dive into one of the fastest-moving industries, and contribute to iconic Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands.

• Onboarding: Dedicated orientation session to dive into RBI culture, business, brands, strategic plans, and receive RBI-specific skills training.
• Project Ownership: Matched to a strategic project selected by senior leadership in areas like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement, and more. These are high-impact, business-critical initiatives.
• Mentorship & Development: Assigned a buddy, receive regular coaching and feedback from a project leader, and have networking opportunities through leadership lunch & learns and social events.
• Final Presentation: Present project findings and recommendations to the head of the department and Brand President.
• Long-Term Opportunity: Internships are designed for top performers to receive offers for full-time, professional hire positions upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake high-impact, business-critical initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping how the company serves guests, grows revenue, and optimizes operations.
• Present project findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• In-Office Schedule: 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates are expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• 1st year students enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program with a graduation date between Dec 2027 – June 2028.
• At least 4 years of prior work experience in areas such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality.
• Prior people management experience (at least 1 direct report or directly led a group, team, or project).
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a fast-moving business serving millions daily.
• Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders.
