About the Role

This full-time Intern role is based on-site at Gallagher’s Pune Camp location. The intern will support daily operations by assisting teams with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis related to insurance, risk management, and consulting services. This role offers exposure to professional workflows, structured training, and opportunities to build foundational skills within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teams with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Update internal systems and records.
• Help coordinate communications with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to learn industry practices, contribute to process improvements, and support client-focused projects under guidance.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data review, basic research, and structured documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to prepare clear reports, emails, and presentations and collaborate in a team environment.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Curiosity about insurance, risk management, consulting, or financial services, and an eagerness to develop industry knowledge.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree program in business, finance, economics, commerce, management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Camp, adhere to professional ethics, and collaborate respectfully with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
