About the Role
Spes Staffing Solutions is hiring for International Voice & Blended Process roles in Pune.

- Hinjewadi, Pune Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
- Working in a 24/7 international process.
- Handling customer interactions and solving problems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 international process.
- 5 Days Working with 2 Days Rotational Week Off.
Qualifications
For Freshers
- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduation (mandatory for experienced roles).
For Experienced Candidates
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience can apply.
- Graduation (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of International Voice Experience in General Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance (for specialized roles).
Salary & Incentives
Freshers
- CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA
- In-hand: 18k to 27k per month
- Performance Incentives: 3k to 7k per month
- Unlimited Incentives (As per the company)
Experienced Candidates
- CTC: 4.5 LPA to 6.75 LPA
- In-hand: 30K to 51K per month
- Performance Incentives: 3k to 7k per month
- Unlimited Incentives (As per the company)
Special Offer for Experienced Candidates
- If currently holding a package of 4.5 LPA, get a direct upgrade to a FLAT 6.5 LPA PACKAGE.
Property & Casualty General Insurance Domain (Experienced)
- Package: Upto 9 LPA, dependent on last drawn package.
- Expected hike: 25% to 30%.
