About the Role

The Member role at ARMALA is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role supports packaging sourcing requests, manages project information, and contributes to a smooth ordering and fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support packaging sourcing requests.
• Collect and verify item details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to match client needs with suitable catalog options.
• Review specifications such as size, quantity, print requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in preparing quotes and basic documentation.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clearly with customers or account owners.
• Contribute to a smooth ordering and fulfillment process.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes.
• May support inventory checks or catalog updates as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to manage customer requests, review specifications, and organize project information with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of packaging products or willingness to learn about foodservice packaging, materials, and order requirements.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients, including clear written and verbal correspondence.
• Comfort with using online tools, spreadsheets, and catalog or CRM systems to track orders and project data.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work professionally in an on-site team setting in Pune City.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or packaging is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational background at higher secondary level.
• A diploma or degree in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
