About the Role
The RTV Executive will manage end-to-end RTV (Return to Vendor) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RTV operations from creation to final dispatch.
- Generate picklists.
- Process returns.
- Manage box closing activities.
- Ensure timely movement of RTVs through Packed and Ready-to-Ship stages.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, and transport partners for dispatches.
- Manage Debit Notes (DN), invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Manage Credit Notes.
- Track RTV status.
- Resolve operational discrepancies.
- Ensure timely closure of RTVs.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all RTV transactions are updated in the ERP system.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
