About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Software Developer for a full-time, on-site position in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for individuals interested in a broad range of software development areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, web platforms, backend services, APIs, databases, automation solutions, dashboards, internal systems, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Node.js, PHP, Go, or similar.
• Object-Oriented Programming: Understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, and clean coding practices.
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• APIs: Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• Databases: Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases.
• Database Concepts: Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and data-access concepts.
• Frontend Technologies: Exposure to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Backend/Architecture: Exposure to backend development, microservices, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, event-driven systems, or scalable applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Testing: Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or automated testing is beneficial.
• Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies is an advantage.
• Operating Systems: Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts.
• Messaging/Asynchronous Processing: Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, scheduled jobs, or background-processing systems is advantageous.
• Security: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, encryption, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Performance & Reliability: Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, caching, scalability, reliability, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Automation/Data/Enterprise: Exposure to automation, scripting, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, reporting systems, dashboards, or enterprise applications is an additional advantage.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Skills: Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Attitude: Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Experience Level: Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software development, software engineering, application development, backend development, frontend development, full stack development, web development, API development, or related technology roles.
• Project Experience: Internship, academic project, software project, web application, backend project, frontend project, full stack project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
