About the Role

Omega Healthcare is conducting a Walk-In Drive for Freshers for the position of Voice Process Accounts Receivable (AR). This is an opportunity for graduates looking to build a career in the US Healthcare / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
• Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
• Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and claim-related information.
• Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
• Meet process quality, productivity and communication standards.
• Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Any Degree.
• Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

• Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
