About the Role

A full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting the dental team during patient treatments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and organizing instruments and materials.
• Assisting the dentist chairside.
• Ensuring adherence to proper infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Welcoming patients and explaining basic procedural steps.
• Helping maintain a calm, professional environment.
• Assisting with operatory setup and cleanup.
• Updating patient records as directed.
• Managing appointment flow.
• Coordinating with the front desk team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated skills in Dental Assisting and chairside support during a variety of dental procedures.
• Knowledge of Dental Care and Dentistry principles, including basic treatment procedures and clinical workflows.
• Understanding of Oral Care practices and ability to reinforce patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Proficiency in Sterilization techniques and infection control standards for instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow clinical protocols accurately.
• Effective communication skills, professional bedside manner, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to clinic procedures, and maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or diploma in dental assisting or dental nursing from a recognized institution.
