Cyber Security Trainer

About the Role

CertED Technologies is seeking a full-time, on-site Cyber Security Trainer to design and deliver cyber security training programs for corporate professionals and learners in Dwarka. The role focuses on practical skills and current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum and training materials for cyber security programs.
• Conduct classroom and lab sessions.
• Assess participant performance and provide feedback for skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training content to client needs.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and security frameworks.
• Contribute to program improvement through research and continuous learning.
• Support talent evaluation.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and client-facing engagements as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cyber Security and Information Security skills, including security frameworks, risk management, and compliance fundamentals.
• Expertise in Network Security and Application Security, covering secure architecture, configuration, and vulnerability mitigation for systems and applications.
• Skills in Malware Analysis, including threat detection, incident response concepts, and understanding of common attack vectors.
• Relevant teaching, training, or mentoring experience in technical or corporate environments.
• Ability to explain complex topics in accessible ways.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
• Familiarity with common operating systems and networks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt to varied learning styles.
• Commitment to continuous learning, ethical practices, and staying current with evolving cyber threats, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar are an advantage.
