Job Title: MBBS Intern | Entry Level | Fresher Internship (Telemedicine, Case Documentation, Patient Follow-up) Company: Medinex Workforce Location: India Workplace Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time internship Duration: 1 to 3 months Stipend: Up to INR 15,000 per month About the internship Medinex Workforce works with hospitals, clinics and telehealth providers, and remote care depends on doctors who can document, coordinate and follow up as carefully as they treat. This internship is for MBBS graduates and final-year students who want practical exposure to how telemedicine runs. You will support registered doctors in virtual consultations by preparing case histories, organising records and following up with patients. This is a supervised, remote learning role. You will not diagnose, prescribe or give independent medical advice to patients. What you will do Observe virtual consultations conducted by registered doctors and learn the telemedicine workflow Prepare structured pre-consultation summaries covering history, symptoms, allergies and current medication from intake forms Document consultation notes in the format the supervising doctor specifies Organise patient records, reports and prescriptions, and keep them complete and accurate Follow up with patients, as directed by the supervising doctor, on appointments, report submission and care instructions Flag urgent or unclear cases to the supervising doctor immediately Review health education content, patient information material and standard care protocols for medical accuracy Follow patient privacy, consent and data confidentiality practices at all times Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review What we are looking for An MBBS degree, or final-year MBBS student with completed core subjects Good knowledge of clinical history taking, common conditions and medical terminology Clear written and spoken English, and Hindi or another regional language Careful documentation habits and attention to detail Respect for patient privacy, consent and medical ethics Comfort with video calls, email and basic spreadsheets A laptop and stable internet connection for full-time remote work Nice to have Experience from clinical postings, a hospital internship or a telemedicine platform Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems Awareness of the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines in India Who can apply MBBS graduates, interns and final-year students Freshers are welcome, and prior experience is not required You must be available full-time for the internship period What you will gain Practical understanding of how telemedicine services are run Exposure to clinical documentation and patient coordination in a remote setting Regular guidance and feedback from experienced team members Internship completion certificate The freedom to work from your own city anywhere in India Working schedule Full-time, Monday to Saturday or as assigned by your reporting manager, with daily check-ins and a weekly review.
