About the Role

Amazon is seeking an Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management, and data-driven problem resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into suspicious activity.
• Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize risks posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends.
• Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations.
• Systematically escalate problems or variance in information.
• Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary.
• Meet productivity, quality, and other hygiene metrics/goals.
• Share inputs for SOP enhancements.
