About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical fresher to join our Insurance Claims team. The candidate will assist in processing insurance claims, verifying documents, and performing basic financial calculations to ensure accurate claim settlements. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about insurance operations and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims as per company policies and guidelines.
- Verify claim documents such as bills, reports, and policy details.
- Perform basic financial calculations including claim amount validation, deductibles and co-pay calculations, depreciation and settlement estimations.
- Apply basic finance principles in claim assessment and settlement decisions.
- Analyze financial data to ensure accurate claim payouts and cost control.
- Assist in financial reconciliation of claims and payment records.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and claim records.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Communicate with internal teams or customers for missing information.
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards.
- Follow compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, BAF, BCA, B.Sc. graduates (Except Technical Background).
- 2026 Graduates.
