Financial Analyst I, Finance

About the Role

The Financial Analyst I supports financial decision-making by preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial data to enhance patient care access, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance. This role assists in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reports financial data.
• Assists in budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Performs other duties as assigned, in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience or internship in financial analysis, cost accounting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Preference for experience in a healthcare or large organizational setting.

Qualifications

• Work as part of a dynamic team supporting hospital and clinical work at both KH Dayton and KH Troy.
• Work performed onsite in Dayton and Troy.
