About the Role
Floor Technician 1 for Environmental Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily project assignments.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of hard floor and carpets throughout the facility, consistent with organization standards.
- Strip and refinish floors.
- Dispose of bio-medical and hazardous waste as regulated.
- Deliver exceptional service to patients, guests, and others.
- Work involves exposure to hazardous materials and a variety of infectious diseases.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School, Cert, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with continuous exposure to cleaning agents and dust.
Qualifications
- Floor care experience preferred.
- Previous environmental services experience desired.
