About the Role
The Application Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad. This role involves providing application and technical support for Schiller’s medical diagnostic products to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring applications.
- Conducting product demonstrations and user training.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and usage queries.
- Collaborating closely with sales, service, and R&D teams to address product issues, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of support activities.
- Escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
