Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist with HR documentation, HRMS, and employee records.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives and training coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Gain exposure to HRBP activities, employee lifecycle, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and other people-related activities.
Qualifications
- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
