About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Videographer, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots.
• Operate cameras (including iPhone) and related equipment.
• Manage lighting setups for indoor and outdoor environments.
• Capture high-quality footage.
• Shoot reels.
• Collaborate with directors or content leads on shot lists and storyboards.
• Ensure visual output aligns with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• May involve basic editing or preparing footage for post-production.
• Maintain equipment.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong video production skills, including planning shoots and managing the production process.
• Camera operation skills, including proficiency with professional cameras and related equipment.
• Lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting for different environments and visual styles.
• Shooting video skills, including framing, composition, and capturing stable, high-quality footage.
• Knowledge of basic video editing software and workflows is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and follow project briefs and timelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Visual creativity and willingness to experiment with new techniques.

Qualifications

• Freshers are encouraged to apply; guidance will be provided for reels content shoots and informative content.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is highly valued.
