About the Role

ReadyForGCC Consultants is a career consultancy based in Dubai, UAE, that assists professionals in securing better jobs and higher positions in the Gulf, particularly Dubai. Our primary services include the Career Readiness Report and monthly Hire a Strategist plans. We are not a placement agency and do not promise jobs; our focus is on helping individuals plan and prepare effectively.

This role is suitable for individuals seeking to earn supplemental income remotely, on their own schedule.

How You Earn

• Earn 20% commission on every paying client, with potential to increase up to 40% based on performance.
• Unlimited earning potential; income is directly proportional to the number of clients acquired.
• Income is fully dependent on sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with working professionals seeking employment in the Gulf.
• Clearly and honestly explain our services.
• Submit client resumes to the research team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
• Maintain daily work records in a shared Google Sheet.
• Participate in team meetings with the Founder.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence in communicating via calls and WhatsApp.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• An MBA is a plus.
• Experience in Sales, Recruitment, HR, or Customer Service is a plus.
• High degree of honesty; avoid making false promises to clients.
