About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Intern at Medisequence Pvt Ltd in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels for three months, preventing shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, sorting, stocking, and packaging.
- Maintain the warehouse environment and equipment clean and organized.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers on payment terms, delivery terms, supply period, and follow up on orders.
- Optimize the company's supply chain processes utilizing analytical skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Understanding of Supply Chain Operations and warehouse maintenance.
- Ability to maintain import and export inventory levels.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in B.Com or relevant educational background in Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration and coordination.
