About the Role
Multiplier AI Limited is seeking an energetic, curious, and target-driven Tech Intern to join our Engineering & Product team in Noida. This role focuses on hands-on software development, coding, bug fixing, and technical implementation, assisting in developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications across our technology stack. You will collaborate with senior developers, technical leads, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Coding

Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code.

Assist in developing front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, or database scripts.

Work with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools.

Participate in code reviews.

Bug Fixing & Technical Support

Identify, debug, and resolve software bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational issues.

Assist in writing unit test cases and integration tests.

Participate in daily stand-ups, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions.

Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, or libraries.

Documentation & Version Control

Maintain and update technical documentation, API specifications, and architecture notes.

Utilize version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Track tasks, bugs, and project progress using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

System Architecture & Product Integration
-
Assist in integrating third-party APIs, web services, and database modules.

Collaborate with product design and UI/UX teams to build interfaces.

Support deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong passion for software engineering, coding, and technology problem-solving.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or C#).
- Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React/Node.js) or database management (SQL / MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Excellent logical reasoning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to adapt.
- Available for full-time, in-office work at our Noida office.
Preferred
- Prior internship experience, open-source contributions, or personal project portfolio.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure), or Docker containers.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines.
Stipend
- ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 Monthly (Fixed Stipend + Performance Bonus)
- Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity.
