Delivery Data Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects while collaborating with global project delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Oversee the ingestion, validation, reconciliation, testing, and maintenance of client and fund data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through email, MS Teams meetings, and other collaboration tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex data queries, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact.
• Work closely with clients to understand their data requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient data management practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Data management, data processing, data entry, validation, or reconciliation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence interacting with global clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications used in data management environments.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mutual funds, financial services, or investment-related data will be considered an advantage.
