About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will support data transition projects, investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies, and ensure high standards of accuracy across databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough desk research to investigate, validate, and amend data accurately.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding queries and data discrepancies.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and KPI reporting metrics with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure assigned projects and data transition activities are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Analyse recurring errors and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for process improvement, and consistently achieve SLA and quality targets.
- Ability to quickly learn concepts related to mutual funds.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
