About the Role
At SIXT, you can showcase your strengths in customer service and sales. You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage the vehicle fleet, and undertake various tasks at the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, embodying friendliness, professionalism, and a passion for sales and service.
- Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
- Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries in an organized and service-oriented manner.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Sales Skills: Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets and customer contact.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
- Communication: Articulate in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Teamwork: Team-oriented and energetic.
- Driving License: A valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
