About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Crew Members. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day.
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not required; all are welcome.
- Experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is a plus, but not mandatory.
