Junior Interior Design Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing interior layouts and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist with space planning.
• Prepare drawings and mood boards.
• Coordinate furniture and FF&E selections.
• Help document design specifications.
• Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented on-site.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Assist with material sourcing.
• Help maintain project documentation and sample libraries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
• Skills in Furniture and FF&E selection.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is ideal.
• Basic knowledge of materials and finishes.
• Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing academic or internship projects is highly beneficial.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji as part of a multidisciplinary team.
