Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across diverse tech and non-tech verticals using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain real-time ATS updates to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions for market competitiveness.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume review, culture-fit alignment, and salary negotiation support.
- Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach, nurture pipelines, and track hiring metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by crafting engaging job posts and social media content for recruitment campaigns.

- Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools (e.g., Eightfold, HireEz)
- Basic understanding of Tech Stack (Java, Python, UI/UX, DevOps)
- Experience in startup or SaaS hiring environments
