About the Role

EY is seeking consultants for the cyber security team to work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for global customers. The role involves reporting identified risks and sharing issues and updates with leadership. The professional will ensure work quality meets EY's standards and will contribute to a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members.

As a member of the IAM team, this position will contribute to executing an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementing and adopting secrets management, managing machine identities, and defining access policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt
• Ability to drive IGA projects, including project management, team management, and client management
• Experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
• Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using the Saviynt IGA tool
• Develop and build new application integrations, account and entitlement connectors, and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform
• Experience in the development phase for Saviynt components: Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Segregation of Duties
• Good knowledge in configuring workflows in the Saviynt IGA tool
• Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for user onboarding workflows
• Involved in the creation of XML jobs in the Saviynt IGA tool
• Experience in the implementation process, build, and deployment in the Saviynt process
• Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries
• Report any identified risks within engagements
• Share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis
• Confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EY’s quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer
• Help create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members, and help them develop
