About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Operator role based at Samsung Display Noida. The Operator will work on the production line, handling machinery and equipment used in display manufacturing, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and monitoring machines.
• Inspecting components for defects.
• Recording production data.
• Reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Working in a shift-based environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
• Supporting continuous process improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to operate and monitor production machinery.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of quality checks.
• Basic understanding of handling electronic components.
• Attention to detail for visual inspection, measurement, and accurate recording of production data.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma, ITI, or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics or manufacturing is an advantage.
