About the Role
Chipotle is seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. We offer exceptional training and a clear career path, with over 80% of our managers promoted from Crew. We prepare real food by hand, with no freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily.
- Work at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly atmosphere through exceptional customer service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
- Additional Compensation: Eligible for digital tips.
