The Business Development Associate Fresher will support the growth of Brand Guide Master by identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, and assisting with business expansion activities. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves conducting market research, maintaining lead databases, and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and basic sales follow-up.
• Effective presentation skills, including creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Indore and willingness to interact with clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn with a strong interest in business development and sales.

Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, content, web design) is an advantage.
