About the Role
At dubdub, we're building a world of fun, interactive, bite-sized games. We're hiring full-time Operations Associates to create the questions and games players see every day. You'll create content within dubdub's guidelines and work closely with the content and QC teams to keep every question accurate and fun to play.
Key Responsibilities
- Create questions: Write different types of questions across sports, films, music, TV, geography, history, pop culture and more, within dubdub's content guidelines.
- Research and verify: Check every fact against reliable sources before it goes live.
- Prepare visuals and media: Find and prepare the images, video and audio that questions need.
- Work with QC: Take feedback from the QC team and fix issues quickly.
- Work as a team: Work with the content team on topics, guidelines and quality standards.
- Bring ideas: Suggest new topics, themes and question angles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- You have broad general knowledge and follow sports, entertainment, pop culture and current affairs.
- You write accurate English: spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- You check facts against more than one source.
- You're comfortable with Canva or a similar tool, and with Google Sheets.
- You work well in a team and act on feedback.
- You have a strong eye for detail.
Role Details
- Type: Full-time, in office (Bengaluru)
- Pay: ₹20,000 per month, fixed
- Working days: 26 a month
- Openings: 3–4
