About the Role
Junior Interior Designer to support the design team in developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in space planning exercises.
- Helping produce design presentations.
- Coordinating with vendors for materials and finishes.
- Assisting with FF&E selection and documentation.
- Creating and updating construction drawings under guidance.
- Attending site visits.
- Supporting senior designers in ensuring projects meet client expectations and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Interior Design and Space Planning.
- Skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings.
- Skills in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of materials and finishes.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background: a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong visual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in interior design is an advantage.
