Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site position in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve:
• Responsive web applications
• Backend services
• APIs
• Databases
• Dashboards
• Internal platforms
• Automation solutions
• Enterprise applications
• Digital systems
• Work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.
• Translate business, technical, and design requirements into responsive, scalable, reliable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly full stack solutions.
• Continuously learn new programming languages, frontend and backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Responsive Web Design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar will be beneficial.
• Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, DOM manipulation, and component-based development.
• Knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or C++.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar will be beneficial.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
• Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, query optimization, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Basic to good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in full stack development, software development, software engineering, frontend development, backend development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.
• Internship, academic project, full stack project, frontend project, backend project, web application, API project, database project, React project, Java project, Python project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
• Candidates without previous full-time full stack development experience can also apply.
